View your order updates
Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and tap View your order to access your personal order-status page. This is the most direct way to check your order.
Use the email address you entered at checkout, then select your order to view its details.
Made with care, not rushed
Our canvas artworks are made to order. Please allow 8–14 working days for preparation before dispatch. Courier transit time is additional. While your piece is being prepared, shipment tracking may not yet be available.
Once your artwork is dispatched
When tracking details are added to your shipment, you can find the tracking link in your shipping email or on your order-status page. Follow that link for the carrier’s latest delivery updates. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may not appear immediately.
Can’t find your confirmation?
Check your spam or promotions folder for emails from Ayush Kalra Designs. If you still need help, contact our studio with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
For digital wedding invitations, there is no courier shipment. Please refer to your order communications or contact our studio for an update.
